Great that you want to join MADRASY! Registration is quick and easy through our 'Order' page where you can enroll your child. On the order page, choose the subscription duration and the number of children you want to register. The longer the subscription, the more cost-effective it becomes. You also receive a family discount if you register multiple children. Fill in the required information to create both a child and parent account. You will then be redirected via a secure connection to your selected payment method. After successful payment, you will receive an email with the login credentials for the child and parent accounts, as well as subscription details.
If you’d like to try MADRASY, you can sign up for our free demo. You’ll receive a link via email that gives you access to the demo. You can then play the first level of 5 quizzes and explore our platform. Your child’s play activities will be saved. If you decide to register on our platform, these activities will be added to the child’s account.
Each child account is linked to a parent account. You can log into the parent account using the email address you registered with and the password provided in the confirmation email. Under 'Account Information' in the parent account, you can change your password. Through the parent account, you can view your child’s activities, manage child accounts and subscriptions, and listen to and assess your child’s submitted recordings.
Your child’s results are tracked in a personal activity report. You can view it at any time through the parent account by selecting your child and clicking on 'Manage Child'. Under the 'Activity' tab, you can request a report for the desired period. You’ll also receive a weekly activity report via email with the activity and results of the past week.
You can request a new password for the parent account by clicking 'Forgot Password' on the login screen. Enter the email address you registered with and click 'Reset Password'. You’ll then receive an email with a link to reset your password.
If you forgot the child account password, go to 'Manage a Child' in the parent account and click on account details. There, you can reset the password for the specific child. You can also find the child account username there.
You can easily add another child. Log in to your parent account and go to the 'Order' tab. There, you can select the desired subscription and enter your child’s details. You can also choose to take out a new subscription for an expired child account. After completing all steps, you’ll receive a confirmation email with the login credentials.
You can easily cancel your membership via the parent account on www.madrasy.com. Navigate to the 'My Orders' tab. There, you’ll see an overview of your orders and their statuses. Select the order with the subscription you want to cancel by clicking on 'Details'. Under 'Subscription Details', you’ll find a 'Cancel' button—click it and enter your password to confirm the cancellation. The status of your subscription will change to canceled, and you will receive a confirmation email.
